Connect your payment processor to LostChurn and start recovering failed payments automatically.
LostChurn integrates with the most popular payment processors and subscription billing platforms. Once connected, LostChurn automatically receives failed payment events, analyzes decline codes, and orchestrates Smart Retry Engine and dunning strategies to recover revenue you would otherwise lose.
How Integrations Work
Every integration follows the same general flow:
- Connect your payment processor by providing API credentials or completing an OAuth flow.
- Configure webhooks so your processor sends real-time payment events to LostChurn.
- Verify the connection by sending a test event and confirming it appears in your LostChurn dashboard.
- Activate recovery by enabling retry logic, dunning campaigns, or both.
LostChurn processes incoming webhook events, normalizes them into a unified schema, and applies your configured recovery strategies regardless of which processor the payment originated from.

Choosing the Right Integration
All 10 of our full-featured integrations — Stripe, Braintree, Paddle, Shopify, Recurly, Chargebee, Authorize.net, Adyen, Checkout.com, and PayPal — are live and ready to connect today. Each supports the full range of LostChurn features including Smart Retry Engine scheduling, AI Email Personalization, and real-time analytics.
GoCardless, Nuvei, and Worldpay are live with dunning-only support. These integrations receive webhook events and power dunning campaigns, but do not currently support automated retry scheduling.
Multi-Provider Support
LostChurn supports connecting multiple payment processors simultaneously. If your business uses Stripe for credit card payments and GoCardless for direct debit, for example, you can connect both and manage all failed payment recovery from a single dashboard. Events from each provider are normalized into a common format so your recovery campaigns work consistently across processors.
Security
All API credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and transmitted over TLS 1.3. OAuth tokens are stored securely and refreshed automatically. LostChurn never stores full card numbers or CVVs. For more details, see Security.
